After the All-Amazon Global Meeting, searches for VP of Prime Air David Carbon spiked on the internal website. Employees wanted to know more, so I went straight to the source.

Following multiple tragic home fire deaths making regional news, I traveled to Trion, Georgia to film this mini documentary. I went in hoping to better understand the full story. What I captured was the spirit of resilience which created this unforgettable community moment of healing.
Pride Month is all about celebrating love and equality, and Glamazon, Amazon’s LGBTQIA+ employee led group that supports, educates and informs us about issues impacting their community.
Shot at various locations in Nashville, with real Glamazonians, it was such an amazing experience producing and directing this video. The video made its debut on the big screen at the two-day PRIDE Nashville Festival concert.
SHV1, Amazons fulfillment center in Shreveport, LA was the first to debut Proteus- an autonomous robot that works alongside employees lifting and moving up to 800 pounds in packages around the giant facility. In this interview I invited news affiliate KTBS to come check it out on Cyber Monday.

Finding ways to keep messages top of mind through proactive media pitches is my specialty. In this segment I pitched, produced and served as the on-camera talent.

In this national news segment for Good Morning America (GMA3), I communicate the essentials guests need to know as they return to enjoying spaces among large crowds post COVID.

Up, up, and away! This time swinging back and forth and topping speeds at 30 mph all while conducting an interview on the ride!
Leading regional Cyber Monday campaigns for four consecutive years generated millions in earned media. From remote segments to on the scene multi-hour new shows- I differentiated content so that each network had a fresh angle of the biggest online shopping day of the year to own.

Being frugal means thinking big by using what you have in the most efficient way. In this segment my daughter’s doll house and a quick home video help show parents how to use everyday items to teach children how to stay safe.

Coordinating proactive storytelling is my specialty. After a mother’s childbirth story we viral - I stayed close to family and arranged a press conference to celebrate the quick thinking of the staff. This kept the park top of mind during the off season and gave us the opportunity to share safety messaging, a top priority.

I take complex concepts and make them relatable. I produced the segment intro, located and booked the guest and produced the live interview with Sam Champion. These skills translate to any comms project requiring multiple components.

As a cable network segment producer I really enjoyed finding creative ways to breakdown current events and timely news headlines into engaging stories people remember.

Imagine being dropped from 100 feet in the air at a 75 degree angle while conducting a live interview… Go! This was such a fun experience. As part of the capital announcement media strategy, I rode Twisted Cyclone 17 times that day for news networks across the southeast.

This was Amazon's debut at the 4-day convention, so I wanted to go in with a tight strategy. Working alongside the fabulous creators of Demirebel we captured the key note panels, rooftop mixer, floor exhibit and all the behind-the-scenes memorable moments. From my on the fly on-camera coaching, photo shoot direction, and visual production- to overall storytelling and team coordinating- It felt like home.

With support from Trap Garden, The Nashville Food Project, Amazon’s sustainability group, local policy makers and 100+ volunteers– we helped restore the gardens at the McGruder Family Resource Center in North Nashville- on National Hip Hop Day!
It was a special weekend fusing acts of kindness and the power of community. Over the two day event, 150 volunteers helped create the community mural, assemble 100 bicycles and pack-high need school items in reusable totes, which were donated to first and second grade students - at Robert Churchwell Elementary- just around the corner.
